Job Description
- Drive long distances to deliver goods to customers.
- Performing thorough inspections of the truck and trailer before and after each trip to identify and report any mechanical issues.
- Utilizing GPS and other tools to plan efficient routes and meet delivery schedules.
- Maintaining accurate logs of hours worked, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery information.
- Performing basic vehicle maintenance tasks like refueling, cleaning, and reporting any mechanical problems.
- Communicating with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and address any issues that may arise.
- Report mechanical problems to maintenance personnel.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Driver's LICENSE BE with restrictions are required and experience in 18-WHEELER TRUCK
