Job Description
- Responsible for New Product Introduction program from design validation / pre-qualification till mass production release. Execute all NPI build by key processes.
- 1.Product Development Support: - Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop and introduce new products.
- Ensure manufacturability of new designs and provide feedback on design improvements.
- 2.Process Design and Optimization: - Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products.
- Optimize processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- 3.Pilot Production- Plan and execute pilot production runs.- Analyze pilot run data and make necessary adjustments to processes.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and control plans.
- Ensure all documentation meets industry standards and company requirements.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure new products meet all quality standards. - Implement process controls to maintain product quality.
- Train production staff on new processes and equipment. - Provide ongoing support to production teams for process-related issues.
- Liaise with various departments (e.g., D&D, QA, Prod, Engineering, procurement, and supply chain) to ensure smooth product introduction.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure components meet required specifications
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Editing and Publication or similar fields.
- Semiconductors experience is an edge
