Job Description
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D shop drawings for MEP systems using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or other CAD software.
- Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural plans to identify clashes and propose solutions.
- Produce as-built drawings based on site redline markups and updates from the engineering or site teams.
- Ensure that all drawings are in compliance with local codes, project specifications, and clients requirements.
- Assist engineers and project managers in developing design solutions during construction or redesign.
- Collaborate with BIM coordinators and use software like Navisworks or Revit for clash detection and coordination.
- Maintain drawing records and update drawing logs as per company procedures.
- Support the procurement and construction teams with quantity take-offs or material lists when required.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Architecture / Urban Studies; Engineering(Civil); Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Working knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks, or other BIM tools (preferred)
- Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting system
