Job Description
- Supervise daily static equipment activities, including installation, alignment, inspection, and testing. Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and standards (ASME, API, ASTM, ISO).
- Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources to meet project deadlines. Oversee lifting, rigging, and positioning of heavy static equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor welding, fabrication, NDT, and hydro-testing activities related to static equipment. Inspect and verify installation work to ensure quality standards are met. Prepare and implement method statements, risk assessments, and ITPs for static eq
- Coordinate with QA/QC, engineering, planning, and HSE teams to resolve technical and site-related issues. Maintain detailed records of equipment inspections, test reports, and handover documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations, permit-to-work systems, and safe work practices. Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution. Support commissioning teams during mechanical completion and handover stages.
