Job Description
- Supervise and lead site safety officers and HSE personnel to ensure all work activities are carried out safely. Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and risk control measures.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and international safety standards (OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001, etc.). Review and approve safety method statements, risk assessments (HIRA), and job safety analyses (JSA).
- Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations; recommend corrective actions. Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions to promote safety awareness.
- Oversee implementation of permit-to-work systems and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness for emergencies.
- Prepare HSE statistics, reports, and dashboards for management and client review. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve safety-related issues. Support the continuous improvement of safety management systems (SMS).
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
