Job Description
- Lead and supervise construction teams in the installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning of static equipment. Ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, codes, and safety requirements (ASME, API, ASTM, etc.).
- Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower, tools, and equipment for static equipment works. Review and approve erection procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, and planning teams to meet project schedules. Oversee welding, fabrication, hydro-testing, NDT, and inspection activities for static equipment.
- onduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met and address non-conformities. Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and quality workmanship. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety policies, permit-to-work systems, and HSE regulations. Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues to avoid delays. Support commissioning teams during handover and startup of static equipment.
