Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily rigging and lifting operations, ensuring proper use of cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment. Plan lifting activities based on project schedules, drawings, and lifting plans.
- Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment to meet work requirements. Inspect rigging gear, lifting accessories, and equipment to ensure they meet safety and certification standards.
- Ensure rigging activities comply with site safety procedures, permit-to-work (PTW) systems, and company policies. Guide rigging teams in the proper selection and use of slings, shackles, spreader bars, and lifting gear.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and risk assessments prior to lifting operations. Coordinate with crane operators, supervisors, and engineers for complex lifts.
- Maintain daily work records, progress reports, and incident reports. Train and mentor riggers to improve operational safety and efficiency.

- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
