Job Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and material testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor construction activities to verify workmanship and safety compliance.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and non-conformance records.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and plans to identify quality requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients on all QA/QC matters.
- Recommend corrective actions and preventive measures for quality issues
- Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- U.S. Military base construction experience is an advantage.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- With relevant experience, good communication skills, and currently residing in Metro Manila.
- Applicants with U.S. Military base experience will be an advantage.
- Preferably conversant with Japanese/nihonggo
