Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate CNC machinists and workshop staff to ensure production targets are met. Set up, program, and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, boring, drilling, etc.) to manufacture precision parts.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to plan machining tasks. Ensure correct tooling, fixtures, and materials are used for machining operations.
- Conduct regular machine inspections, maintenance scheduling, and troubleshooting of CNC equipment. Monitor machining processes to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure parts are inspected, tested, and meet required tolerances. Train and mentor CNC machinists to improve technical skills and productivity.
- Enforce safety rules, proper PPE usage, and housekeeping standards in the machine shop. Prepare daily reports on machine utilization, production output, and material usage.

- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
