Job Description
- Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and pricing. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Minimum 3 yrs experience in kitchen production, line head, prep cook or similar role
