Job Description
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company standards, and local laws. Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide HSE support during construction, commissioning, drilling, shutdowns, and maintenance activities. Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions for employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and corrective action plans. Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Support emergency preparedness programs, including drills and response planning. Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and supervisors to integrate safety measures into all work plans. Promote a proactive safety culture across all site operations.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
