Job Description
- Create store targets and communicate to the staff restaurant target
- Ensure store staff is responding to customer complains to achieve recovery , support team in maintaining the equipment
- Help management team implement new marketing programs, including the display of POP marketing/merchandising materials and corresponding training of employees
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
