Job Description
- customer-service professional who greets guests, takes food and beverage orders,
- serves meals and drinks, handles payments, and ensures guest satisfaction by providing attentive service
- Key duties include menu knowledge and specials, accurately relaying orders to the kitchen, clearing tables, and managing customer needs and any complaints.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Excellent English communication skill and can work in a fast-paced environment.
