Job Description
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES,INCLUDE DEVELOPING FOOD AND SAFETY PROGRAMS, LEADING AUDITS AND MONITORING PRODUCTIONS.
- MANAGING QUALITY STAFF, ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARDS LIKE HACCP, GMP's AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
- LEAD AND SUPERVISE THE QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM, ENSURING THEY ARE EQUIPPED TO MAINTAIN QUALITY.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Science & Technology or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- WITH BACKGROUND IN FOOD SAFETY, SCIENCE, OR A RELATED FIELD, STRONG LEADERSHIP, AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 AND FOOD TECHNOLOGY BACKGROUND.
- PREFERRED WITH EXPERIENCED WORKING AT CARBONATED SOFT DRINKS COMPANY (COCA-COLA, PEPSI etc.)
