Job Description
- • Supervise and coordinate maintenance of residential and medical facilities
- • Oversee HVAC, fire protection, pumps, power generators, and electrical systems
- • Implement preventive maintenance schedules
- • Lead and train a team of maintenance technicians
- • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
