Job Description
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
- Wash, chop, and cut fruit, meat, vegetables, and other ingredients as required
- Help with plating dishes to ensure consistent portions and appealing presentation.
- Follow all food safety, handling, and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- At least 5 years and above experience working as Cook or relevant culinary role is required
- Proficient knife skills and the ability to prepare a variety of food items efficiently
- In-depth understanding of food safety regulations, health codes, and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
