Job Description
- A Head Waiter (or Head Server) supervises dining room staff, manages guest experiences, and ensures seamless food and beverage service
- coordinating with the kitchen, training junior staff, resolving issues, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing reservations and payments
- This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
