Job Description
- Job involves being the first point at a restaurant, restaurant, bar, or event, where they greet guests, manage reservations and waitlist
- Organize seating arrangements and generally set the tone for a positive guest experience.
- They are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and coordinating the front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and fair distribution of tables among waitstaff.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
