Job Description
- Conduct Quality Control (QC) checks on all units under general repair to ensure Fix It Right the first time and eliminate back jobs.
- Ensure fair and efficient distribution of workload to technicians based on skill level, availability, and job complexity.
- Diagnose complex repair issues and assist technicians by providing expert guidance and service procedures.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Additional Information
- Can coordinate with Service Advisors and other departments to maintain smooth workflow and accurate communication
