Job Description
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance to shoppers.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and displays are visually appealing.
- Monitor product expiry dates and assist in implementing FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions when required, including cash and card payments.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and product tagging/barcoding.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidates must be able to communicate in English
- Must have a work experience as Marchandiser or Sales Associates in Supermarkets
