Job Description
- 2-5 years of experience in a food laboratory, R&D, or quality control setting is advantage.
- Experience with food safety protocols (HACCP)
- Proficiency in microbiological techniques such as culturing, isolating, and identifying microorganisms.
- Experience with microbial testing methods (e.g., PCR, ELISA, microbiological plating techniques).
- Knowledge of pathogen detection (e.g., Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria) and food spoilage microorganisms.
- Familiarity with food safety analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to use laboratory equipment such as autoclaves, incubators, microscopes, and spectrophotometers.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Biology; Chemistry or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, or a related field.
- Specialization in areas such as foodborne pathogens, fermentation, or probiotics may be highly valued.
Additional Information
- Preferably with Civil and Mechanical background
- With Aphalt fresh concrete test basis knowledge
- No need much experience
