Job Description

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations
Supervise and coordinate the activities of service crew and kitchen staff
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and food quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas
Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
Train new staff and support ongoing development
Enforce company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively
Good organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in food service is a plus

Additional Information

Looking for proactive individuals with excellent team coordination and customer service skills. Must have experience in fast food operations.
