Job Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Lead and manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
