Job Description
- Reconciling bank statements, Maintain financial data confidentiality.
- Filing of monthly tax compliance reporting
- Managing monthly and annual closings.
- Assist the accounts payable team, and review supplier statement reconciliation.
- Assist and support the payroll office.
- Ensure timely bank payments to local and overseas suppliers.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Support the accounts receivable team with new accounts opening and account collections.
- Lead and support the annual external audit as well as managing the in-house audit team, assist in preparing annual budgets.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or similar fields.
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Reliable work ethic as expected of the position.
- Proven ability to build and inspire a team of staff.
- Good cultural sensitivities to be able to quickly understand different cultures and situations.
- Be a quick learner and to be able to quickly understand the key drivers of a business and what make said business a success.
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
