- Addressing customer complaints: Listening to feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Wiping tables, clearing away used dishes, and ensuring a tidy dining space.
- Arranging silverware, glassware, and linens.
- Relaying orders, informing about special requests, and ensuring smooth service flow.

Job Qualifications
