Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in a facility of the hotel/resort
- Manage team of housekeeper, oversee daily operations, handle inventory, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role in a hotel/resort.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of cleaners
- Knowledge of cleaning best practices, chemicals, equipment, and procedures.
