Job Description
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any significant changes.
- Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Minimum of 1 Year GAP is Acceptable
