Job Description
- Perform diagnostics on engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Repair or replace defective components, such as clutches, gearboxes, air compressors, and fuel systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and scheduled services.
- Check trailer systems including air brakes, lighting, suspension, and tires.
- Diagnose and repair faults in lighting, sensors, ECU modules, and wiring.
- Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer and safety standards.
- Complete job cards, service reports, and parts usage logs.
- Use hand tools, lifting equipment, and diagnostic devices safely and efficiently.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Diploma in Automotive/Heavy Equipment Technology or similar.
- Knowledge of diesel engines, pneumatic systems, and hydraulics.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service software.
- knowledge of welding, AC systems, and electrical wiring.
- Physically fit to handle heavy parts., Good communication and teamwork skills.
