Job Description
- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventillation and air conditioning systems and equipment
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
- Dignosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, performing warranty services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and effeciently
- Providing technical direction and on the j ob training
- Keeping daily logs records of all maintenance functions
- Ensuring compliance with applicance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers requirements. Assisting with customer's queries
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- He must finished vocational course in Refrigeration & Airconditioning Technician
- He must have experience in HVAC technician 1 year or more
- Understanding of advance principles of air-conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
- Working knowledge in boiler systems
- Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systens in line with HVAC protocols
- Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
