Job Description
- Read and interpret Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and blueprints
- Perform welding using GTAW, SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW processes
- Carry out welds in all positions (1F–4F, 1G–6G) with precision and quality
- Set up and adjust welding parameters for different materials and joints
- Inspect and ensure the quality of completed welds meet project standards
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or similar fields.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) and blueprints
- Proficient in GTAW, SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW welding processes
- Capable of performing welds in all positions (1F–4F, 1G–6G)
- Knowledgeable in adjusting welding parameters to ensure weld quality
