Job Description
- Seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial and Sales Manager to lead and drive our commercial and sales functions across Papua New Guinea
- Commercial & Sales Strategy-(Oversee all Maersk commercial and sales related matters in PNG, ensuring alignment with Asia Pacific regional objectives)
- Client Engagement & Service Excellence-(Attend client onboarding sessions on behalf of Customer Service)
- Team Leadership & Collaboration-(Lead and mentor the Commercial and Sales team)
- Reporting & Analytics- (Analyze and report monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) performance of Sales and Commercial functions,
- Market Presence & Growth- (Conduct quarterly visits to Wewak and Madang to engage with clients, assess performance)
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- Strong background in Commercial Sales or business development in Shipping, Losgistics, and Freight
Additional Information
- Work experience at MAERSK is a strong advantage but not requirements
