Job Description
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting kitchen equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and safety
- Implementing and enforcing quality control measure such as temperature checks, sanitation procedures, and ensuring products meet standards
- Establishing and enforcing safety protocols in the kitchen, including food safety guidelines, emergency procedures, and equipment safety
- Planning and coordinating production schedules,, managing inventory, and ensuring timely completion of orders
- Supervising and training restaurant staff and Manager, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow
- Identifying areas for improvement, developing new production methods, and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Industrial) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
