Job Description
- Maintain and update payroll records
- Calculate payable hours, taxes, and deductions
- Issue payslips detailing earnings and deductions
- Verify new employees' checklist, status change forms, and exit checklist
- Gather and examine timesheets to ensure their validity and accuracy
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or similar fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software program
- Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a stressful environment with specific deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment
- Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records
