Job Description
- Administer medications and treatments, as prescribed by a physician or psychiatrist.
- Assess and evaluate patients' mental and physical health and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
