Job Description
- Oversee all daily farm and hydroponic operations, ensuring high-quality crop production and optimal growing conditions.
- Lead and manage the farm team, fostering a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
- Plan crop cycles and implement sustainable farming practices while staying updated on agricultural innovations.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and operational costs to ensure efficiency and budget compliance.
- Ensure product quality by meeting safety standards and coordinating with processing teams for value-added production.
- Oversee regulatory compliance, safety training, and accurate reporting of all farm activities.
- Proactively resolve operational challenges and make informed decisions to maintain productivity and compliance.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Agriculture or similar fields.
- Experience with climate control systems and pest management strategies.
- Understanding of organic and sustainable farming practices.
