Job Description
- Create and manage the company's QMS, including policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standrads (e.g., HACCP, ISO)
- Conduct regular internal and esternal audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide training to employees on quality standards, food safety practices, and QMS procedures
- Track and analyze key performance ondicators (KPIs) related to food quality, safety and customer satisfaction
- Investigate and address quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure consistent quality
- Manage and resolve customer complaints related to food quality and service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on food safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws
- Maintain accurate records related to quality management activities, including audits, inspections, and corrective actions
- Work with various departments, including operations, production, and amrketing, to improve quality and efficiency
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management; Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
