Job Description
- • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- • Develop and monitor budgets, forecast financial performance, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- • Oversee and improve accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or similar fields.
- • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
- • At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate/property industry.
- • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- • Experience with financial reporting and budgeting
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • Strong leadership and communication skills
- • Must be results-oriented, keen to details, resourceful, hardworking, mature, and can maintain professionalism under any circumstances.
- • Proficiency in accounting software.
