Job Description
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to understand fabrication requirements
- Select appropriate materials, tools and equipment necessary for fabrication
- Cut, shape, and weld metal components using various fabrication techniques such as cutting torches, plasma cutters and welding machines
- Utilize fabrication machinery and tools, including shears, brakes, rollers and drills to shape and form steel materials
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
