Job Description
- Can weld using the GMAW welding method and operate overhead crane .
- Performs welding on semi-finished products and components using various welding technics
- Can weld thicker materials, using higher welding parameters and work with larger weldments (products)
- Can set the welding machine, change the wire, the tip and perform regular maintenance of his tools
- Must be capable to read blueprints.
- Can assemble the product which can contain many different parts based on the blueprints and manuals
- Can use basic measuring tools such as calipers, protractor, tape measure, etc.
- Experience in press machine, laser cutting machines & welding robot is a plus.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- GMAW with the experience to weld thicker material (15mm to 30mm)
- Experience with overhead crane is a must.
- The welder must be capable to read blueprints and can assemble the product which can contain many different parts based on the blueprints and manuals.
- Minimum height of 165 cm / 5 feet and 5 inches.
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must provide sample video doing welding as per Employer request.
