Job Description
- • Excellent knife skills, particularly in filleting and slicing raw fish
- • Proven experience in fast-paced kitchens or Japanese/sushi restaurants
- • Deep understanding of Japanese ingredients, seasonality, and flavor profiles
- • Ability to prepare and artistically present sushi dishes
- • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, especially concerning raw fish
- • Strong customer service skills, especially in open-kitchen or omakase-style settings
- • Good time management and attention to detail
