Job Description
- Track productivity to ensure daily goals are met or exceeded. Project a professional appearance and interface with clients accordingly. Submit daily reports and job cost information to the main office
- Provide technical assistance, interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods, equipment. Ensure all on site personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, document
- Broad knowledge of all types of concrete installations and massive earthwork operations. Coordinate with area managers and site manager for day to day construction activities at site
- assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation and co-ordinate site related inspections with site sub-contractors
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering, or a related field
