Job Description
- perform field surveys, including boundary, topographic, construction and utility surveys
- collect, analyze, and interpret survey data using modern survey instruments (e.g total stations, GPS, and laser scanning)
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure that survey data aligns with project requirements and engineering specifications
- assist in setting out and verifying the accuracy of project designs in the field
- conduct field inspections to monitor the progress of construction projects, ensuring work is completed according to specification
- review construction plans, blueprints, and other technical documents for field execution
- provide feedback and solutions for any discrepancies between the field conditions and project designs
- work closely with project managers and other engineering staff to resolve technical issues on site
- Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and document
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in surveying software (e.g. AutoCad, Civil 3D, Trimpble, Leica)
- Excellent understanding of construction methods and processess
- Strong knowledge of surveying equipment (total stations, GNSS systems, levels, etc)
- ability to work independently and as part of team
- detail oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
