Job Description
- Lead the design team in developing creative concepts, themes, and branding for events.
- Collaborate with project managers, production teams, and clients to ensure alignment between creative vision and event execution
- Oversee the production of all visual materials including branding, stage design, print, and digital collateral
- Manage and mentor junior designers and freelancers.
- Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure all design work maintains a high standard of visual quality and brand consistency
- Stay informed on design trends, technologies, and innovations in the events and creative industries.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Art & Design or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Good experience, including in a leadership or Art Director role, ideally in the events or advertising sector
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse creative projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of event design, 3D visualization, and spatial design is a plus.

- Art Director to lead our visual and design direction across all event projects. This role will oversee the conceptual development and execution of all creative assets, ensuring a cohesive and innovative visual experience across all platforms.
