Job Description
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, structural steel shop drawings, and project specifications.
- Leading and supervising a team of steelworkers, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing training and mentorship.
- Physically capable of performing the tasks required of a steel foreman, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environments.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural steel shop drawings, and project specifications.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Proven experience as a Steel Foreman or similar role, including experience with steel fabrication, installation, and construction
- In-depth knowledge of steel construction and fabrication processes, including steel reinforcement techniques, safety regulations, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
