Job Description
- proficiency in concrete production techniques, plant operation system, quality control
- familiarity with plant equipment and machinery including batching equipment
- knowledge of inventory management and plant system program and safety
- good communication and interaction skills with customers and stakeholders
- ability to identify and resolve operational issues effectively
- knowledge with compliance and all relevant regulations, technical specification and standards
- with certification for training of concrete batching plant operators, concrete mixing, equipment operation and safety procedure
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.

- minimum of 5 years in concrete production as a batching plant manager in ready mix plant or batching process
