Job Description
- Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of civil works in the facility
- Perform masonry, tiling, painting, plastering, and concrete repairs
- Assist in installation and repair of partitions, doors, windows, and flooring
- Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective repairs
- Maintain tools and ensure compliance with safety standards
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in civil or building maintenance
- Preferably with experience in facility management or commercial buildings
- Knowledge of various civil trades (masonry, painting, tiling, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand simple plans and drawings
