Job Description
- maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.c.
- This includes cleaning and sanitizing rooms, making beds, replacing linens and towels, restocking amenities, and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Use cleaning and disinfecting products safely and effectively.
- They also assist with laundry services, maintain housekeeping carts, and adhere to hotel standards for security and confidentiality.
- This involves dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces, including bathrooms.
- Making Beds and Changing Linens
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Fair in English communication skill and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
- Ensuring rooms are adequately stocked with toiletries, coffee supplies, and other guest necessities.
- Disposing of trash and recycling and clearing room service trays.
- Identifying and reporting any maintenance problems, such as broken appliances or damaged furniture, to the appropriate department.
- Keeping housekeeping carts stocked with necessary supplies and ensuring all equipment is clean and in good working order.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Honest and disciplined in work performance.
