Job Description
- Input orders and transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Responsible for handling transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role ensures all payments, billing, and cashiering procedures follow hotel standards and financial policies.
- Report any discrepancies or suspicious transactions immediately.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Greet and assist guests politely during the payment process
- Handle minor guest complaints or refer to a supervisor when necessary
