Job Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of sushi, including nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls, temaki (hand rolls), and other specialty sushi items.
- Select, clean, and slice fresh fish, seafood, and other ingredients for sushi preparation with precision.
- Ensure that sushi rice (shari) is properly cooked, seasoned, and stored, maintaining the ideal texture and flavor balance.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Mastery of preparing various types of sushi such as nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls, and temaki.
Additional Information
