Job Description
- Receives the newly cast brake part or component
- Holds the casting manually for close inspection and handling
- Sands down bumps, sharp edges, or surface imperfections using hand tools or equipment
- Visually inspects the part to ensure it is straight and meets quality standards
- Determines if the part is OK (approved) or SCAP (scrap/defective)
- Sorts and places each part into the appropriate marked box based on the inspection result
- Maintains cleanliness and safety in the work area and Reports any recurring defects or abnormalities to the supervisor or quality control team
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidates must have a passports.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Basic understanding of quality control and defect identification
- Ability to use hand tools and sanding/grinding equipment safely and effectively
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail and Physically fit; able to lift, hold, and inspect heavy castings
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment
- Able to work in a loud, dusty, and industrial environment and Team player with goodcommunication skills.
